All Sales Final At Juice Head Wholesale, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or unsold inventory. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your items are defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at sales@juicehead.co with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items As stated above, we generally do not accept returns. This includes but is not limited to:

Refunds (For Damaged/Incorrect Items Only) If your claim regarding a damaged or incorrect item is approved, we will notify you via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
